Crown Detailings Terms of Service

Packages

Crown Detailings offers various detailing packages for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at Crown Detailing’s discretion. All changes will be reflected on our website.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Crown Detailings accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. Declined cards will result in a request for alternative payment. A collection process may begin 48 hours after notification.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customer Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicles before any detailing service. Crown Detailings will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
Service Location: Customers are responsible for ensuring the service is performed in a safe and lawful area. Communicate any concerns to your detailer.
Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand standard cleaning processes. Damage claims are limited to the service cost.
Booking Security: Crown Detailings reserves the right to take debit/credit card details to secure a booking. Cards will be processed securely.
Rescheduling & Weather: Crown Detailing reserves the right to alter or move bookings due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure.
Additional Charges: An hourly rate of $50 (or a portion thereof) may be charged for work outside the booked package.
Biohazard Materials: A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied for jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the service date without a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee.

Satisfaction Policy

If the service technician demonstrably fails to fulfill the package requirements or shows evidence of poor craftsmanship, Crown Detailings will redo the unfinished or unsatisfactory portion free of charge. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion by phone, email, or text message. Pictures of the area in question must be submitted within 24 hours.

Appointment Time

Technicians may arrive within a 30-90 minute window due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Crown Detailings will do its best to communicate any delays.

Coupon & Referral Policy

Crown Detailings may offer referral programs with unique links for earning credits towards future services. Combining coupons and credits is not allowed. Referred customers must be new to Crown Detailings and use the provided referral link. Referrals cannot be obtained through:

Self-referring with multiple accounts or identities.
Referring existing customers.
Using spam or unsolicited emails.
Posting links on public forums, coupon sites, etc.
Permitting another person to use your account.
Referring fake people or impersonating others.
Using the link in a disparaging way towards Crown Detailing.
Violating any other program restrictions.

Crown Detailings reserves the right to cancel or adjust credits for violations and determine eligibility for future offers.
